Long Title SERVSAFE MANAGERS CERTIFICATION
Description The course covers critical principles including: personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, receiving and storage, food safety management systems, training hourly employees, and more. To receive the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, participant must attend sessions & pass the test. Test will be administered 6/24/21 9am-12pm. SERVSAFE MANAGER BOOK 7TH ED, ENGLISH, WITH EXAM ANSWER SHEET MUST BE PURCHASED BY PARTICIPANT.
